If your scout average is more than $350 – you’ve ordered to much and likely set your fundraising goal to high. Take a moment and rewind. Once you place your order, you’re unit is responsible for selling everything and paying the entire amount.
Remember, most of your sales team is between 7 and 10 years old and their parents likely both have jobs. Don’t set your goals so high that your disappoint your team.
